Use of the private field is available to members of the association as defined within the Association By Laws. The Field is private property and is available to members and guests of the Association only.

Requested use must be booked online 2 weeks in advance. Groups with recurring events will be allowed to schedule in advance, with the understanding that others who use the field less frequently also have rights of access which may require resceduling of recurring events to fairly accommodate all.

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF NEIGHBORS WHEN USING THE FIELD!

• Clean up after your use, bottles, trash, etc.
• Gas Grills only, you must have a working fire extinguisher present if using a grill.
• Park in designated parking areas only or along one side of the road abutting Common Lands. Do not park on neighbors property or on both sides of the road.
• Please carpool and limit road traffic when possible.
• Drive slowly, beware of children, horses and dogs.  Please clean up after your animals and keep them off the infield.
• Keep noise levels down.
